These are the Regional Board positions that are needed in order to make this region work for your children.
Registration dates are set for the spring 2009 playing season.
Early registration will be 5:30 - 8:30 pm Thursday, November 20, 2008 and 10:30 am - 3:00 pm Saturday, November 22, 2008
at the West Chicago Middle School, 238 E. Hazel St. in West Chicago.
Early registration fee: $45 (discounts for multiple children in the same immediate family)
Regular registration fee: $60 (no discounts)
The uniforms will be the same as previous years and can be re-used. If you need to buy a uniform, the full set (shorts, socks, and 2 jerseys) will be $30. Individual items will also be for sale.
We would like to have a firm count on how many coaches we can expect for spring 2009 before registration starts. Please contact the Regional Coach Administrator (RCA) as soon as possible if you are interested. In order to encourage you to sign up soon, we are offering an additional "very early" discount (more than 70% off the regular fee) for the children of any coach who is signed up and "ready to go" before November 20. The number of coaches we have determines the number of children we can serve.
We also need a Division Director for each of the following age groups: Under 5 (U5), Under 6 (U6), and Under 14 (U14). Division Directors are eligible for the same very-early discount if they are "ready to go" before early registration begins.

Due to a lack of willing volunteers for certain key positions within the local organization, the fall program in Region 184 has been suspended. The regional board has voted to run spring only for the coming fiscal year.

We are genuinely sorry for the lost playing time. Most of the board members have children registered to play. Some of those children have been literally counting the days until fall soccer starts. This was the absolutely hardest decision that your regional board has ever had to make.
