After a year with the post vacant, Valerie Eichenberger has stepped forward to serve the children as the regional coach administrator.  Valerie is a trained, certified coach in both AYSO and USYS (U.S. Youth Soccer/USSF) and has been coaching in this AYSO region for several years.

There are still other board positions that need to be filled.  Please go to the “Volunteers” page for more information.

We had our first meeting August 26th.  Many thanks to the coaches who attended.

Balanced Teams

Since balanced teams are in the best interests of the kids, players may be shifted after the first week.  Nothing is worse for the kids than to get beat every game while another team  dominates.  This will not happen this fall. 

Please give your player ratings from this season to Valerie at RCA@wegoayso.org. 

Next season will have a draft.  Only coaches who submit ratings will be allowed to see the ratings submitted by the other coaches.  In the draft, those who provide ratings will also go before those who do not.
